Anti-PTK7 Antibody

This Antibodies.com product is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PTK7, also referred to as CCK4. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 811–1070 of human PTK7 (NP_002812.2). The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for IHC. Affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3 with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, it has a reported molecular weight of 160 kDa for the target, with concentration being lot specific. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
