Anti-PTK6 Antibody

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 222–451 of human PTK6. The antibody is affinity-purified and provided as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a molecular weight of 60 kDa. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.

PTK6 (protein tyrosine kinase 6) is encoded on chromosome 20. Tissue expression is reported as enhanced in the esophagus, skin, and vagina, and documented subcellular locations include the nucleoplasm, nuclear bodies, plasma membrane, and cytosol.
