Raised in rabbit and purified as an IgG polyclonal reagent, this unconjugated antibody from Antibodies.com specifically recognizes PTK2 (also called Focal Adhesion Kinase, FAK) when phosphorylated at tyrosine 925. The phospho-specific epitope allows researchers to monitor FAK signaling activity by Western Blot across human samples, where phosphorylation at Y925 is linked to downstream Src family kinase recruitment, integrin signaling, and cell motility pathways. Supplied as a 100 µl liquid aliquot, the reagent is intended for research use only and is reactive with human PTK2.
