Anti-PTK2 Antibody

The unconjugated IgG reagent is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is validated for Western Blotting, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence and Immunoprecipitation.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 734-834 of human FAK (NP_722560.1), and the antibody is purified by affinity methods. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500-1:1,000, IHC 1:50-1:200, ICC/IF 1:50-1:200 and IP 1:50-1:100. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, shipped at 4°C and intended for storage at -20°C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The target molecular weight is reported as 125 kDa.
