Anti-PTK2 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as a 100 µL liquid aliquot, this rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent binds PTK2, the non-receptor cytoplasmic tyrosine kinase that localizes to focal adhesions and integrates integrin and growth factor signals. The antibody is generated against a synthetic peptide of human PTK2 and purified by affinity chromatography, yielding a primary antibody optimized for Western blot (WB) at 1:1000-1:2000 and immunohistochemistry (IHC) at 1:50-1:100.
