Anti-PTH1R Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a recombinant human PTH1R immunogen and is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. The unconjugated antibody is presented in a 50 µl aliquot formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. It is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C upon arrival, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. Validated applications cover Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and the antibody has been confirmed to detect the endogenous total PTH1R protein in human, mouse and rat samples, making it a useful tool for cross-species studies of parathyroid hormone signalling.
