Anti-PTH1R Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting Parathyroid Hormone Receptor 1 (PTH1R), offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary antibody for research use. The reagent is raised in Rabbit, purified by affinity chromatography, and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 464–593 of human PTH1R (NP_000307.1), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 66 kDa. The antibody is validated for Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry, with manufacturer-recommended dilutions of WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50–1:200.

Reactivity is stated for Human and Mouse samples, with the manufacturer additionally indicating Rat. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
