Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targeting PTH/PTHrP-R (L187), supplied unconjugated in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, formulated at 1 mg/ml.
Validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunofluorescence (IF) applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 150-200 of Human PTH and detects endogenous levels of PTH/PTHrP-R protein.
Affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific immunogen chromatography, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein runs at approximately 52 and 66 kDa.
