Anti-PTH / PTHrP-R Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a synthetic peptide derived from the internal region of human PTH / PTHrP-R (parathormone / parathyrin) and is intended for the detection of endogenous levels of the PTH / PTHrP-R protein. The unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied as a 50 µL aliquot at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL in a liquid PBS formulation containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. It has been validated for ELISA, Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry / immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and shows cross-reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, making it suitable for a broad range of endocrine and bone-metabolism research workflows. The product is shipped at 4 °C from the Cambridge (UK) warehouse with a typical6–9 business-day lead time; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
