Anti-PTH Antibody

It is supplied as a liquid and validated for Western blot (WB) applications with recommended dilutions of 1:500 to 1:2,000, reacting with human samples. The unconjugated IgG antibody has been affinity purified and detects a target of 14 kDa. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 20-115 of human Parathyroid Hormone (PTH) (NP_000306.1). It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.
