Description
A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets human parathyroid hormone (PTH). Raised in rabbit, it is unconjugated and validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The immunogen is recombinant human PTH protein, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of total PTH protein in human samples.
The reagent is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It was purified by affinity chromatography using the immunogen. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
