Anti-PTGIR Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary antibody for detection of PTGIR (Prostacyclin receptor). Raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 207–386 of human PTGIR (NP_000951.1). The target migrates at approximately 41 kDa. The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The concentration is lot specific.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
