Anti-PTGES3 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets PTGES3, a small acidic protein also known as p23 that functions as a cochaperone within the HSP90 chaperone complex. PTGES3 supports the conformational maturation of steroid receptors such as the glucocorticoid receptor and the progesterone receptor, and contributes to the folding of select client kinases. The unconjugated IgG preparation is supplied in a 50 µl volume and is validated for Western blot detection of endogenous PTGES3 in lysates from human, mouse, and rat samples.
