Anti-PTGES2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against PTGES2 (Prostaglandin E synthase 2) using a fusion protein corresponding to a region derived from internal residues of the human target. It is validated for Western blotting (WB) and reacts with human samples, detecting endogenous levels of total PTGES2 protein.

The antibody is supplied unconjugated at a concentration of 0.8 mg/mL in PBS (pH 7.3) containing 0.05% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and has been purified by antigen affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
