Anti-PTGES2 Antibody

The unconjugated IgG is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 88-377 of human PTGES2 (NP_079348.1). Affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody recognises a target with a reported molecular weight of 35 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000, IHC: 1:50-1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:100. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Concentration is lot specific.
