Description
Antibodies.com supplies a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting PTGER1 (prostaglandin E receptor 1). The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It is raised against recombinant full-length Human PTGER1 and detects endogenous levels of PTGER1 protein.
The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target has an expected molecular weight of approximately 42 kDa. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
