This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against PTGER1 (Prostaglandin E2 Receptor 1, also called EP1), a Gq-coupled GPCR that transduces PGE2 signals via phospholipase C, IP3, and intracellular calcium mobilization. Supplied unconjugated as 100 µl of IgG, the reagent is validated for Western blot detection of PTGER1 in human and mouse samples, supporting research into PGE2-mediated smooth muscle contraction, inflammatory pain, fever, and vascular or reproductive signaling where EP1 activity has been characterized.
