Description
Supplied by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises PTGDS and is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples, detecting endogenous levels of PTGDS protein.
The immunogen is recombinant full length human PTGDS, and the antibody has been purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The reported molecular weight of the target is approximately 21 and 28 kDa. The product is provided as a liquid at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.
