Anti-PTGDS Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against PTGDS (Prostaglandin D Synthase, Lipocalin/PDS), supplied by Antibodies.com as part of its Primary Antibodies catalogue. The unconjugated IgG reagent has been validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence and shows reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 23–190 of human PTGDS (NP_000945.3). The antibody is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, following affinity purification. The target protein has a molecular weight of 28 kDa. Suggested dilutions are 1:100–1:500 for Western blot and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C on receipt, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
