Anti-PTEN (Y379) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to PTEN (Y379), offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 350-400 of human PTEN. The antibody is specific for PTEN (Y379) and detects endogenous levels of PTEN protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). The reported molecular weight of the target is approximately 47, 54 kDa.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
