Anti-PTEN (phospho-S370) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises PTEN when phosphorylated at Serine 370. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human PTEN around the phosphorylation site of Serine 370, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of PTEN only when phosphorylated at Ser370. The expected molecular weight is approximately 47 and 54 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
