Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PTEN (D375), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated, affinity-purified reagent. The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 350–400 of human PTEN and detects endogenous levels of the protein.
Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human, mouse and rat samples, the reagent is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. Reported molecular weight targets are approximately 47 kDa and 54 kDa, and purity is greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. Three scientific validation images accompany the product.
