Anti-PTEN Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against PTEN — a tumor-suppressor phosphatase frequently studied in oncology and cell-signalling workflows — using a recombinant immunogen corresponding to the human protein. The antiserum is affinity-purified and supplied at 1 mg/mL in a PBS-based buffer (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) containing 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, with no fluorophore or enzyme tag attached (unconjugated). It detects the endogenous level of total PTEN protein in human, mouse, and rat samples, and has been validated for western blotting and immunohistochemistry.
