Anti-PTEN Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against the tumor-suppressor lipid phosphatase PTEN (phosphatase and tensin homolog), with the immunogen being a synthesized peptide derived from the human PTEN sequence around the non-phosphorylation site at S385. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography and is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide, at a concentration of 1 mg/mL.
