This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets PTEN and is supplied as a liquid reagent in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The unconjugated IgG antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 190–304 of human PTEN (NP_000305.3) and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum.

Validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. Recommended starting dilutions are IHC at 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF at 1:50–1:200, with the concentration being lot-specific.

For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4 °C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
