Anti-PTEN (Ab-380 / 382 / 383) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to the region surrounding residues 378–385 of human PTEN (immunogen sequence R-Y-S-D-T-T-D-S), allowing it to detect endogenous levels of total PTEN protein. It is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is offered in a 50 µl aliquot. The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and shows cross-reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. For routine handling, the product can be kept at 4 °C for short-term stability, while long-term storage at –20 °C is recommended; repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
