Anti-PTEN (Ab-370) Antibody

Raised in rabbit against a phosphopeptide corresponding to residue 370 of human PTEN, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com selectively recognizes the tumor-suppressor phosphatase PTEN at this regulatory phosphorylation site. PTEN antagonizes PI3K/AKT signaling by dephosphorylating PIP3, and modification near Ser370 influences protein stability, membrane localization, and turnover, supporting studies in cancer biology, metabolic disease, and growth-factor pathway research.
