Anti-PTBP1 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal primary antibody targets PTBP1 (polypyrimidine tract-binding protein 1), a 57 kDa RNA-binding protein also known as hnRNP I. The reagent is supplied at a 50 µl volume as an unconjugated IgG polyclonal raised in rabbit, affinity-purified from antiserum and validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows. It detects endogenous PTBP1 in human, mouse, and rat samples, with the immunogen corresponding to a recombinant full-length human PTBP1 fusion protein. The product is shipped as a liquid formulation in PBS with stabilizers such as glycerol and a preservative such as 0.02–0.1% sodium azide, and on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
