Anti-PTBP1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets PTBP1 and is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. It is an unconjugated IgG, validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1–100 of human PTBP1 (NP_114368.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein has a molecular weight of 59 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:100–1:500, IHC: 1:100–1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200.
