Anti-PTBP1 Antibody

Affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided [S1]. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for western blot, and 1:50–1:100 for both immunohistochemistry and ICC/IF [S1].
