Raised in rabbit against the human PSTPIP1 target, this unconjugated polyclonal IgG primary antibody from Antibodies.com is supplied as 100 µl of liquid reagent and is validated for Western blot and flow cytometry workflows on human samples.

PSTPIP1, also known as CD2BP1 or Proline-Serine-Threonine Phosphatase Interacting Protein 1, is a cytoskeletal scaffold best known for binding the PTP-PEST protein tyrosine phosphatase and for harboring dominant missense mutations that cause PAPA syndrome, a rare autoinflammatory disorder involving pyogenic arthritis, pyoderma gangrenosum, and cystic acne.

Researchers studying podosome assembly, actin cytoskeleton remodeling, NLRP3 inflammasome regulation, and neutrophil or macrophage signaling routinely use this reagent to detect endogenous PSTPIP1 in cell lysates by Western blot and in suspension cells by intracellular flow cytometry.

The unconjugated format lets users pair it with their preferred HRP- or fluorophore-labeled secondary antibody for chemiluminescent imaging or multiparameter fluorescent readout.

To preserve activity, the vial should be refrigerated, divided into small working aliquots, and protected from repeated freeze-thaw cycles; this reagent is for research use only.
