Anti-PSRC1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent specifically targets PSRC1 (proline/serine-rich coiled-coil protein 1, also known as DDA3) and is intended for research use only. The antibody is raised against a recombinant human PSRC1 immunogen and purified by affinity chromatography using that immunogen, allowing it to recognise the endogenous total PSRC1 protein in native samples. Supplied as an unconjugated IgG at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µl volume, it is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.4 containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, with no magnesium or calcium added. The product is shipped on cold packs at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles to preserve activity. Validated applications on the supplier datasheet include Western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and the antibody has been confirmed to react with human, mouse and rat samples. Routine western blot work and fluorescence-based cell imaging are therefore the primary intended uses. The polyclonal nature of the reagent, combined with its unconjugated format, makes it a flexible building block for downstream labelling or for direct detection in established protocols.
