Anti-PSRC1 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as a polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit, this reagent recognizes human PSRC1 (Proline and Serine Rich Coiled-Coil 1), a microtubule-associated protein required for normal mitotic spindle assembly and timely progression through the G2/M phase of the cell cycle. Investigators studying chromosome segregation, microtubule dynamics, or the dysregulation of PSRC1 reported in lung adenocarcinoma and hepatocellular carcinoma can apply it in Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human cell lysates and formalin-fixed tissue sections. The unconjugated Ig fraction is supplied in a 100 µl vial for direct dilution into blocking buffer, and aliquoting upon first thaw is recommended to preserve binding activity across downstream experiments.
