Anti-Psoriasin Antibody [9A4]

From Antibodies.com, this Mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 9A4) is raised against Psoriasin (S100A7). It is of the IgG1 isotype and is supplied unconjugated.

Validated for use in Western blot (WB) and ELISA applications, the antibody reacts with human samples. It was generated by immunising mice with a short peptide derived from human S100A7 conjugated with KLH, and specifically recognises the S100A7 peptide (TDYHKQSHGAAPCSGGS) as well as GST-tagged recombinant S100A7 protein.

The product is provided lyophilised from a 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline solution at pH 7.0, and is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography. Shipped at 4 °C, it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided; reconstitution requires double distilled water.
