Anti-Psoriasin Antibody [2E 6]

The clone is designated 2E 6, of the IgG2b isotype, and is supplied unconjugated in lyophilised form. According to the manufacturer's product information, the antibody has been validated for Western Blotting (WB) and ELISA and reacts with human samples. Specificity has been established against the S100A7 peptide sequence TDYHKQSHGAAPCSGGS and against GST-tagged recombinant S100A7 protein.

The reagent is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and supplied lyophilised from a 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline solution at pH 7.0. It is reconstituted with double-distilled water, with the resulting concentration described as reconstitution-dependent. The antibody is generated in the Sp2/0-Ag14 myeloma line. For storage, it is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
