Anti-Psoriasin Antibody [1A10]

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 1A10) is raised against Psoriasin (S100A7) and is validated for Western blot (WB) and ELISA applications. The unconjugated reagent is of the IgG1 isotype and shows reactivity with human samples.

The immunogen is a short peptide derived from human S100A7 (psoriasin), conjugated with KLH for immunization. The antibody specifically recognises the S100A7 peptide sequence TDYHKQSHGAAPCSGGS, as well as GST-tagged recombinant S100A7 protein. Purity is achieved by Protein G affinity chromatography.

The product is supplied lyophilised from a 0.01M phosphate buffered saline solution at pH 7.0, with reconstitution in double distilled water recommended. The lyophilised formulation is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
