PSME3, also called REGγ or the Ki antigen, is an 11S family proteasome activator that associates with the 20S core particle to drive ubiquitin- and ATP-independent protein turnover. It participates in MHC class I antigen presentation, MDM2-p53 axis control, and cell cycle regulation, and is studied across cancer biology, immunology, and viral-host interaction research.

The Antibodies.com Anti-PSME3 polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit and supplied as the IgG isotype, unconjugated and free of reporter or carrier tags. The reagent has been validated for western blot and immunofluorescence, detecting endogenous PSME3 in human, mouse, and rat samples. Each vial provides 100 µl of antibody solution, supporting multiple immunoblot membranes or coverslip arrays in standard staining workflows.

This antibody targets the same antigen as the Abcam reference antibody ab180829 and is intended for research use only, applied to western blot analysis of PSME3 expression in cell lysates and immunofluorescence localization in cultured cells or tissue sections.
