Anti-PSME3 Antibody

PSME3, the Proteasome Activator Subunit 3 also referred to as REGγ or PA28γ, is targeted by this unconjugated mouse monoclonal antibody supplied by Antibodies.com as part of its Primary Antibodies range. The reagent is validated for Western blot detection of the human protein in cell lysates and tissue homogenates. PSME3 acts in the ubiquitin- and ATP-independent activation of the 20S proteasome and influences turnover of regulatory proteins such as p21, p53, and MDM2, supporting research into apoptosis, cell cycle control, and tumor biology.

Each vial contains 50 µl of purified mouse IgG formulated in 0.1 M Tris-Glycine buffer at pH 7.4 with 150 mM NaCl, 0.2% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. For Western blot, resolve samples by SDS-PAGE, transfer to PVDF or nitrocellulose, and incubate the membrane with the antibody overnight at 4 °C in blocking buffer. Aliquot the product on receipt and store at -20 °C for routine use; for longer-term storage keep the vial at -80 °C, protected from light to preserve the unconjugated preparation.
