Anti-PSME1 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab186832)

A polyclonal antibody preparation from Antibodies.com directed against PSME1. The rabbit polyclonal format is unconjugated and, according to manufacturer data, validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) on human and mouse samples [S1][S2]. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–249 of human PSME1 (NP_006254.1), and the antibody is affinity purified [S1][S2].

A separate goat polyclonal variant is also offered, raised against the synthetic peptide C-KNFEKLKKPRGETK corresponding to the C-terminal region of human PSME1 isoform 1 [S3]. This preparation is supplied at 500 µg/mL in Tris Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and is validated by the manufacturer for ELISA and WB on human samples, with recommended dilutions of ELISA at 1:64,000 and WB at 0.3–1 µg/mL [S3].

All variants are supplied as liquids. The rabbit preparations are formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3 in S1, pH 7.4 in S2) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide [S1][S2]. They are shipped at 4°C and intended for storage at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided [S1][S2][S3].
