PSMD9 is a non-ATPase regulatory subunit of the 26S proteasome, contributing to ubiquitin-mediated protein degradation and modulating NF-kappaB signaling downstream of TNF-alpha stimulation. This Antibodies.com rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against the human target and supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol as a stabilizing cryoprotectant. The unconjugated antibody is validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows, with confirmed reactivity against human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting comparative studies of proteasome function across mammalian model systems. Each vial provides 100 µl of working stock; aliquot on receipt and store at -20 °C in single-use portions to limit freeze-thaw cycles and preserve antigen-binding activity over the working life of the reagent.
