Anti-PSMD8 Antibody

Primary rabbit polyclonal antibody to PSMD8, supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and has been confirmed to react with human, mouse and rat samples. The target protein is detected at a molecular weight of 30 - 35 kDa.

Raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 101-350 of human PSMD8 (NP_002803.2), the antibody is affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The concentration is lot specific. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF.

The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon arrival, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
