PSMD7 (Proteasome 26S Subunit, Non-ATPase 7) is a regulatory component of the 26S proteasome, the multi-subunit complex responsible for ubiquitin-dependent protein degradation in eukaryotic cells. This unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and affinity-purified for detection of the endogenous PSMD7 protein in human, mouse, and rat samples.

Each vial is supplied as 100 µl of antibody at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. This formulation supports short-term storage at 4 °C and long-term aliquoted storage at -20 °C with minimal freeze-thaw loss. The polyclonal clonality enables recognition of multiple epitopes across the target, which is helpful when probing proteasome-enriched fractions or tracking subunit incorporation into mature 26S complexes.

Documented applications include Western blot for confirmation of PSMD7 expression in whole-cell and tissue lysates, immunohistochemistry on paraffin or cryosections to localize proteasomal distribution, and immunofluorescence imaging of subcellular localization in cultured cells. The unconjugated format leaves the choice of HRP, fluorescent, or biotin secondary detection open to the end user, supporting flexible assay design across research workflows.
