Anti-PSMD4 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against PSMD4 (also referred to as Proteasome 19S S5A/ASF). The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunoprecipitation (IP), and reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat and Monkey samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-377 of human PSMD4 (NP_002801.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 50 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Concentration is lot specific.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB, 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF, and 1:500-1:1,000 for IP. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
