PSMD3 is a non-ATPase regulatory subunit of the 19S proteasome lid, contributing to ubiquitin-dependent protein degradation in eukaryotic cells. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com recognizes the PSMD3 target across human, mouse, and rat samples and is supplied as a 100 µl aliquot at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. Validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows, the antibody is generated in rabbit and binds the endogenous proteasome subunit without a fluorophore or enzyme conjugate attached, leaving the choice of secondary detection chemistry open to the end user. Published work on hepatocellular carcinoma and other tumor models has used polyclonal reagents of this kind to probe steady-state expression, subcellular distribution, and functional contribution of the 19S regulatory particle to proteasome activity.
