Anti-PSMD2 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab197054)

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–260 of human PSMD2 (NP_002799.3). It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The reported molecular weight is 108 kDa and the concentration is lot specific.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4 °C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C; freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
