Anti-PSMD14 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PSMD14 and distributed by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated IgG reagent is hosted in rabbit and, according to the manufacturer datasheet, is validated for western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). Reactivity is reported against human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 160–300 of human PSMD14 (NP_005796.1). The product is supplied as a liquid preparation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The reported molecular weight is 37 kDa and the antibody concentration is lot specific. Purification is performed by affinity chromatography.

Storage instructions are shipping at 4°C with subsequent aliquoting and storage at –20°C; freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF.
