Anti-PSMD12 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PSMD12, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated liquid reagent validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications.

The antibody is produced in rabbit, is of IgG isotype, and detects PSMD12 in samples from human, mouse, and rat. It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 197–456 of human PSMD12 (NP_002807.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 53 kDa. The reagent is supplied in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The manufacturer recommends a working dilution of 1:500–1:2,000 for WB.
