Anti-PSMC6 Antibody

The PSMC6 protein is the 26S proteasome ATPase regulatory subunit 4 (Rpt4), one of six ATPase subunits that form the AAA-ATPase ring of the 19S regulatory particle. Its ATP-dependent activity drives unfolding and translocation of ubiquitinated substrates into the 20S proteolytic core. PSMC6 is broadly expressed across human tissues and has been implicated in proteasome assembly, transcriptional regulation, and cellular stress response pathways.
