Anti-PSMC4 Antibody

PSMC4 encodes an ATPase subunit of the 19S regulatory particle of the 26S proteasome, the multi-subunit complex that drives ubiquitin-dependent protein turnover in eukaryotic cells. The rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against the human PSMC4 protein and supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated antiserum, validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence. Altered PSMC4 expression has been reported in hepatocellular carcinoma, lung adenocarcinoma, and osteosarcoma models where proteasome activity is dysregulated, making the reagent relevant to proteostasis, cell-cycle, and oncology research programmes.
