Anti-PSMC4 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antiserum targeting PSMC4, the ATPase subunit 4 of the 19S regulatory particle of the 26S proteasome. This unconjugated primary antibody is supplied by Antibodies.com as a 100 µl liquid formulation at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as stabilizers. The antibody has been confirmed for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence applications, and shows reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples. PSMC4 participates in ubiquitin-dependent protein turnover, making this reagent useful for studies of proteasomal degradation, protein quality control, and related cellular pathways.
